As you think about selling your home you need to remember that your trying to attract as many possible buyers as you can. Some of the things you can do to maximize this are:

1.  Remove any clutter from your home and yard as possible, you know the things that you have been meaning to dispose of.

2.  Do those little fix up items you have been putting off.  Like that loose knob of the spare bed room door.

3.  Repaint that pink bed room that your 6 year old daughter just loved 1o years ago to a more netural color.

Doing these simple step when broaden the buyer pool and will create less objections during the sale process.
